Halo: Reach – Hackers Make Bungie Tremble!
Just like Halo 2 and Halo 3, Halo: Reach has been leaked. Websites revealed and proposed for free a complete version of the upcoming and very anticipated Halo: Reach!
Some young moders, hackers on their sparing time, have succeeded in downloading the game on Microsoft server’s. This download was available for professionals but wasn’t ready for the public marketplace. Only a code restricted the access to the game. And now, the game runs illegally on people’s console…
What the hell Microsft has done??? I can’t believe it…
The hackers haven’t publically propose Halo: Reach for the moment. Microsoft and Bungie must be terribly upset about what will happen. Other hackers have also downloaded the game: some videos on Youtube confirmed it.
Will Microsoft propose an amount of money to stop the spread of Halo: Reach copies? Unfortunately, the game can be downloaded on many torrent websites. We can be sure that people who will try to launch the leaked version of Halo: Reach multiplayer will have their Xbox 360 banned forever from the XBLA.
BRINK – Let the Dance Begin!
As a first step of Brink’s promotion campagin, the pre-order pack has been detailed. As you probably know, an important part of the commercial war starts here: what kind of bonuses we’ll have with the pre-order and dematerialized version?
Brink’s answer is: more customization options with the DOOM, Fallout, Psycho and Spec Ops packs. Each pack proposes unique tools, tattoos, weapons… These bonuses will be available in North America and then in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Here the different packs detailed:
BioShock: Infinite – More Details on Handyman
VG247 published an interesting interview with Irrational about the introduction trailer of BioShock: Infinite. They focused on one of the strangest captures on the trailer: the robotic hand that captures Elisabeth.
We learn that this character is called Handyman! It’s a kind of Big Daddy but different. It’s the same size of character. When the character was created, he originally had giant mechanical crab claws which were deleted:
Resistance 3 Confirmed for 2011
It’s finally official: Insomniac confirmed Resistance 3 for 2011.
Last week we focused on Resistance 3 announcement in Cologne. The press conference presented the very first description of the upcoming FPS. We wondered that the game could not be released in 2010 so it’s not a very big surprise. A developer confirmed through Twitter:
“Resistance 3 is a 2011 release.â€
If Resistance 1 wasn’t that good, I really enjoyed Resistance 2. Too bad that Killzone 2 arrived and unshadowed the game’s quality. Resistance 3 will have to face many huge FPS in 2011 so it has to climb a new step.
However I’m a bit upset by the fact that nothing will be shown during PAX Prime next weekend. We can be sure to hear from the game soon and to get the first screenshots / artworks soon.
Wait and see!
Crysis 2 Limited Edition Detailed Through a Trailer
One the best news about the Crysis 2 Limited Edition is that we won’t have any extra cost! And that sounds cool according to expensive packs we have with some upcoming FPS.
The Limited Edition provides four must-have features unlocked for the multiplayer mode:
• Bonus XP — Players will jump into multiplayer battles with an edge by starting with enough experience points to gain early access to all 5 preset class load-outs.
• SCAR Hologram Decoy — This special attachment to the SCAR will project a hologram image of the player, allowing them to confuse their opponents with the decoy.
• SCAR Weapon Skin — This digital camouflage skin will allow players to add a personalized touch to one of the more popular assault rifles in the game.
• Platinum Dog Tag — This special one-of-a-kind dog tag is one of over 250 that will be collectible in Crysis 2 multiplayer, helping to separate you from the rest of the field.
But you’d probably prefer to WATCH these features? All right, here it is:
Portal 2 – New Trailer Introduces Wheatley Update
Portal 2 is pretty discrete these days. Valve has released an HD video of Portal 2 introducing Stephan Merchant (co-writer and co-director of The Office) staring Wheatley.
An occasion to watch new in-game footage of Portal 2 is everything but a waste of time. Even if we don’t learn anything special. We have the pleasure to cross the industrial world and Aperture Science sections which are invaded by nature.
Portal 2 releases date is February 9, 2011 for PC, Mac, PS3, and Xbox 360.
Blacklight: Tango Down will have a Little Surprise on PS3
Has you probably know, Twitter is a huge source of information and many developers communicate interesting stuff via the platform. Jared Gerritzen, Project Lead / Lead game designer at Zombie Studios has announced that Blacklight: Tango Down will have a little someting special for the PS3 version. We can consider that as an excuse for the impressive delay between Xbox 360 version and PS3 version of this downloadable game.
The message is:
Were giving the PS3 some treats, it will all end up in all versions in time. PS3 users need a thank you gift for waiting.
That is why we all wonder here what may be these “treats“. According to another tweet few minutes later that this gift will eventually com to PC / Xbox 360 as an update but after the PS3 version. Is that a Map Pack or a kind of Dlc they planned to release in few weeks?

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 – An Hardcore Gamer Crazyness
Reading GameInformer today I’ve found a very fun news about FPS hardcore gamers crazyness. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 hardcore player Glen McCracken has decided to get across ranks without klling anybody!! Yep, you’ve read it. It sounds totally crazy but it’s true. Glen McCracken as reached rank 5 in 2 hours of playing. He estimates about 2 months to be the very first gamer to reach rank 70 with 0 kills!
It seems that we have found a true hippie in our rank! Glen commented:
“I’ve already hit Prestige five times. I thought it would be something interesting to do. It definitely gives you a different perspective on the game, and it’s fun and challenging.”
Of course, this kind of gameplay has a price. Especially in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 cruel community. Glen’s has a ratio of zero kills and eighty-nine deaths.
His first technique was to use the riot shield and flash bang grenades. He also uses rockets to destroy killstreaks. He also plays a lot on Domination mode to gain points by securing flags.
If you want to join Glen in this amazing cruisade, you can add Mister_No_Kills on PS3.

As usual, the Map Pack is free for all VIP members and is to be purchased for those who haven’t bought the VIP code yet.
Call of Duty: Black Ops – New Details on the Gameplay
This Interview on HipHopGamers Show reveals many interesting details on the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops.
First of all: CoD: Black Ops is the first CoD to propose destructible elements in the environment. We have speculated about that since the announcement of Black Ops and its first trailer but it sounds like it is now real. The ENTIRE environment isn’t destructible: just the elements “that make sense”. However, the hellicopter level will be fully destructible. More, we know that the helicopter won’t be fully controlable: the elevation will be automatic in order to focus on targetting and having fun.
New elements of the gameplay appear: we know now that we can swim, which would be a very interesting stuff for multiplayer matches. Treyarch promise many other gameplay improvements.
CoD: Black Ops may be in 3D. Treyarch are still working on the compatibility but nothing is confirmed for the moment. They also comment on how the graphics will be hugely improved and stabilized among the platforms.
I let you watch the rest of the interview for more details on Call of Duty: Black Ops.
